Art at Council provides a brief opportunity at the start of each Regular Council Meeting for a local artist, performer, or arts organization to share their work with the community. This may include visual art, music, spoken word, performance, or other creative expressions that highlight the rich artistic talent in the North Kootenay Lake region.

The purpose of Art at Council is to:

• Celebrate local arts and culture
• Strengthen the connection between Council and the creative community
• Provide a welcoming and inspiring start to each meeting

We invite interested artists, groups, and cultural organizations to contact the Village Office to learn more about how to participate. You can also help spread the word to others who may be interested.
